So many authors today are concerned about copyrights as they should be. At least acknowledge where you acquired the information. Personally, I want to be remembered like Confucius, William Shakespeare, Oscar Wilde, Thomas Paine and others we quote. Feel free to quote anything on this blog as long as you give me credit for having the sense to write it down.
